Victorian Hat - Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge 114

I know Donna never thought she would see the day that I said "Too Much Pink".  But I think I overdid it in this one.  LOL.  I've used this Victorian Hat digistamp before but not the same way.

Card Recipe:
A2 Card Base
Paper - Printed from the Heirloom Imagine Cartridge
Background mats - printed and cut from the Damask Decor Cricut Cartridge.  I used the Imagine to flood fill the cuts with color, then print and cut them.
Digital Image - "priscillastyles" Victorian Hat.
Ribbon
Promarkers used to color image:
Flower - Pale Pink, Baby Pink
Leaves - Leaf Green, Forest
Hat Band - Black
Hat - Tan, Caramel
Hat Stand - Almond, Putty
