Heart Song Challenge - Lace on Kraft Paper

Hi, dear friends.  I hope your weekend was superb.  We had a great service at church this morning.  Heard a great message that has caused me to do some thinking.  Have you ever had one of those Sundays when you leave church and you can't remember what the preacher said?  Today was not one of those days.  

The challenge we're working with at Heart Song Inspirations this week is: "Lace And/OR color on Kraft Colored Paper.  I chose "Rosa and Bird" for my card.  I thought Leah did an exceptional job on her.  After I colored her, I put lace around her.  I did not have colored Kraft paper so I used the original.  After I added Rosa to the Kraft paper, I couldn't think of a thing that would enhance the card, so this one is clean and simple.

A2 Card Base
Background paper - Embossed Kraft Paper
Digital Image - Rosa and Bird from Heart Song Store.
Promarkers used to color image:
Flower - Light Peach, Peach, Leaf Green, Forest Green
Headband - Soft Peach, Cool Aqua, Almond
Hair - Tan, Cinnamon, Apricot
Skin - Satin, Dusky Pink, Coral
Dress - Soft Peach, Peach, Almond, Cool Aqua
Bird - Lime Green, Turquoise, Cool Aqua
Wings - Tea Green, Blender to lighten the color



Leah also released a new image today which is really nice.  You can find it in the store also.  Here is a watermarked image of it.  I can't wait to play with this one.
