Thank You Volunteers

I work with the marvelous volunteers at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. My volunteers are the sweetest and most giving people that you would ever want the pleasure of knowing. We recently held our annual Auxiliary Awards Banquet and wanted to thank some staff people that helped with the planning and set up for the event. Our theme for the event was a "Star Spangled Salute" at which we honored all of our military veterans. We have some volunteers that served as far back as World War II. They're simply amazing people.

For the card, I cut the base with the A Child's Year Cricut cartridge at 5 1/4" so that it would fit in an A2 envelope. The cardstock is Stampin' Up (love their cardstock) and the printed paper is a scrap that I had from years gone by. I cut the "Thank You" with the Sweethearts Cricut cartridge at 2". I used the stars that were left over from cutting the card base to decorate the inside. I punched the red paper using the Double Loop Martha Stewart punch.

Thanks for visiting and we hope you'll tell your friends to come for a visit too!! Until another day, God Bless! Donna
