Pink and Black Card Set

Ask anyone who knows me and they will tell you I love pink.  So whenever I get the opportunity to make or wear something pink I will.  I bought some paper at Big Lots and it turned out to be from a "Luxury" paper stack.  It had this very pretty pink & black glitter paper in it.  My sister-in-law's birthday was coming up so I made her this BD card and card set.

For the BD card, I cut the label from Storybook cartridge, page 72 Accent Blackout.  The ribbon slide is from the Sabrina collection by Making Memories.  The flower is by Spare Parts.

For the card set, I used the Perfect  Paisley Embossing folder on the solid pink cardstock.  On the butterflies I used the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder.  The butterfly I cut using the Indie Art cartridge.  I added various embellishments, ribbon and bling.
This is the folder I put them in.

People always seem to enjoy getting these card sets.  The only problem we have is getting them to pass them along to other people.

Thank you for visiting our blog.  We look forward to your comments.  Peggy

  1. Peggy,
I love it. I agree about them passing them to other people, I would have a hard time at that too
