I don't know about you but we are having some crazy weather around here these days. Last week, we had snow here and this week, it's in the 60's and it's supposed to be 70 on Thursday!! CRAZY!!
So I needed a Sympathy Card this week for my boss, Jean. Her aunt that she was named after passed away. I decided to brush off my Cricut Expression and make a card using one of my cartridges. Well, I looked at several different cartridges and then I found a card that I wanted to make on the Sophie cartridge. I did make this card out of the DCWV Paper Cherry Limeade - Mom has been coveting this paper every time she sees it.
Card Recipe:
Cardbase - Green Pattern Cardstock -4 3/4"
Oval - Pink Patterned Paper - 4 1/4"
Oval Shadow - White Cardstock - 4 1/2"
Birdcage - Cut two and layer with pop dots - 2 1/2"
Bird - Blue Cardstock - 2 1/2"
I tied white ribbon around the card and tied a knot. I printed "With Sympathy" using Word and popped it at the front of the card.
Jean loved her card - I hope you like it as much as she did. Thank you for stopping by today. We enjoy reading your comments! Until another day, God Bless You! Donna
