Lacy border w/Lace-I won this border & some others in a contest at Going Buggy. It's actually a votive candle cover. I looked for them online & the only place I could find them were in a store in the UK. I was so happy when I won them. There are a lot of Cricut files & Silhouette files to use to get the same effect.
