VIDEO GAMER BIRTHDAY CARD - WRAP IT UP CARTRIDGE

Hi Everyone!  I know Mom and I have told you that we have a LOT of birthdays in our family during the month of September.  My nephew, Christopher, will be having a birthday next week and he is an avid video game player.  So I decided to use the Wrap It Up Cartridge to make him a video game remote card.

To cut out the cardbase, I turned my pattern paper over so that the pattern side faced down.  The reason I did this is because I wanted the pattern to show when the card is facing up.  I cut the card base on the back of the pattern cardstock.

I folded the card in half then I cut the top of the remote out of silver metallic paper.

I then cut the buttons out of red cardstock.

While organizing, I found yet another item that I've had for quite some time.  Well, actually my mom found it.  It's Glossy Accents and I applied it to the buttons on the remote.  The picture of the remote wasn't quite dry when I took the picture.  But I had to take it in order to post my card before Midnight.

I think Christopher will really like it.  Thanks for stopping by today - we appreciate your visits and your comments.  Until another day, God Bless You!  Donna
