DS4J New Release Sunday

Welcome to new release Sunday at Digistamps4joy.  Margy and JenLee have some new digistamps to show you.  Some are black & white so you can color them with whatever medium you choose.  Some are pre-colored if you prefer those.  Either way, there are plenty of cute images to choose from.  One of them is called "My Insect Garden" drawn by Margaret Keiser, our fearless leader.  It contains quite a few separate files like flowers, insects and toadstools.  I took 3 of the flower files, a grass file and a bee file to create my card.

Card Details:
A2 Card Base
Background - Blue and Green Cardstock 
Images - Flowers, grass, and bee from "My Insect Garden" available in the DS4J store.  The lady bugs are cricut files that I flattened, then print and cut them
Images colored with Copics.

DS4J New Release Sunday-Sheltered

It's new release day at Digistamps4Joy again. These are now available in the DS4J Store.  Be sure to check out the blog to see the inspiration from the Design Team.  I chose "Sheltered" for my card.

"Sheltered" is the digi in the middle of this card.  It's the mouse hiding under the toadstool.  I chose a background image from Make It Crafty to compliment the little mouse.  I colored both of them with copics, then drew in the raindrops. I put CTMH Liquid Glass on the rain to make it look wet.

DS4J New Release Sunday 04-16-2017q

Digistamps4Joy is releasing some fun new digis and re-releasing some of JenLee's images.  You've got to check them out in the store.  I chose one of Jen's re-releases.  It's a pre-colored image called "Country Bride." I tried to keep my card to match the image.

DS4J New Release Sunday-04-01

Digistamps4Joy has a new release today.  They have new releases twice a month.  The design team has created some lovely cards.  Be sure to check them out.  I chose "Buster" for my card.  He's a sweet, happy little dog.

The background is a page from My Memories Suite software.  I have never tried to do a background with it but I like how it turned out. Thank You card for DS4J New Release Sunday

Hi everyone, I hope your weekend is awesome.  Today would have been my 57th anniversary.  My husband passed 7 years ago on March 5, 2010.  He went to heaven exactly 1 month after our 50th. He was the love of my life and still is.  I think Donna & I are going to the movies to see "A Dog's Purpose." to celebrate.  You may think that's not much of a celebration but she always does something with me on our anniversary so I won't have to be alone.  I love my children so much.  

My card today is for the Digistamps4Joy new release Sunday.  There are quite a few cute digis being released today.  I hope you will go the shop and look at all of them.  Then come join the DS4J Challenge.  The theme this month is Anything Goes -with a twist of Red for Valentine's Day.

Butterflies were fussy cut from a sheet of paper from the same paper stack as above.

Happy Birthday, Jacob

Today is new release Sunday at Digistamps4Joy. It's not my team's time to post but I decided to used this new release to make my grandson a birthday card.  I hope he will forgive me for using an image with some flowers on it.  His birthday is the 16th and he will be 16.  My, how time flies.

A2 Card Base
Image - January Word by Jen Lee of DS4J.  This happens to be a pre-coloured image.  You can get it in black and white so you can color it yourself.  
Happy Birthday and 16 are images from Cricut Design Space that I flattened, then printed them and cut.  I love that feature.
