Santa's Village Imagine Cartridge Card # 2

I have loved Santa's Village since the first card I saw made with it.  I have a few more cards to make so I pulled it out.  The Imagine makes cards so easy to create.

Card Recipe:

5"X6.5" card base
Santa's Village Imagine Cartridge - Santa Image cut at 3.5.  I cut 2 of them and stacked them with foam adhesive.
Background Paper - The Paper Studio Holly Jolly 8X11.5 Christmas Paper purchased at Hobby Lobby
Ribbon from Michael's.

This card was very easy to make.  I have to tell myself easy is good.  My personality is such that if I don't spend hours on a card, I feel like I cheated.  Pitiful, aren't I?  LOL

Challenges for this card:
Come and Get It Challenges - Colours: Red, Green. Your Choice
Dream Valley Challenges - Christmas
Gingerloft Winter OR Christmas
I Did It Creations - Santa`s Getting Ready
Paper Sundaes Anything Christmas
The Squirrel & the Fox -  Christmas

Thanks for stopping by today.  You mean the world to us.  God Bless You!!!!  Peggy

  2. I am an email follower and I really enjoy getting a creative email or the latest news from you and Donna each day. We are not only fellow crafters but from what I have read on your blog we are also Sisters in Christ. :)

I love cards and Peggy you got me interested in Digis. I also have a lot of Cricut cartridges, baby Cricut, Expression, Imagine, and Cuttlebug. So craft away and continue to give me inspiration.

Thank you for the chance to win. That is so sweet of the two of you to do a giveaway for one of your followers.

Daily Blessings to you and Merry Christmas.

  3. DH & I were just having a discussion about this last night...I work very, very hard on my projects & it's hard for me to just "let go"...simplify and accept less than "perfection". But, I'm going to try to follow your example today & make some "simple" cards that need to be made & get them finished. My Christmas cards have been such a struggle for me this year! As far as what I'd like to see on your blog next year...hmmmmm...maybe more cards/projects made with Cricut images & a little less with the digi stamps. Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not complaining, but if I fall in love with a card you make with a Cricut image, I can duplicate it "exactly" if I want to. Not quite as easy with the digi images. And since I've got so much invested in my cart library, I want/need to use those a lot more...I also don't want to color every card I make.
