613 Avenue

Design Team A is responsible for the inspiration for the new 613 Avenue Create Challenge this week.  Our sponsor this week is Rick St. Dennis and the theme is Anything Goes with a twist of Create a Tag. I chose the image Isabella - Sunny Days for my tag.  

I must admit the tag is rather large but the background came from a pad of KandCompany Mega Tags which I got on sale a while back. I almost forgot I had them until I needed to make a tag for this challenge. I colored the image with Promarkers and the sunflowers are from Martha Stewart.  I think this tag would make a good addition to any present.

New 613 Avenue Create Challenge

Design Team A is responsible for the inspiration for the new 613 Avenue Create Challenge this week.  Sponsors are SLS Lines and SMS Digistamps.   The theme is Anything Goes with an optional twist "Create Your Own Challenge" by making 3 choices from the list on the challenge blog.  I chose one of the SLS Lines digital images for my card.

 Card Details:
A2 Card Base
Background Paper - Kraft paper
Image - Dahlia Flowers Bouquet
Image colored with Prismacolor Pencils - This technique is called negative coloring.  I found a tutorial on Beccy's Place. Mine is not nearly as good as hers but it was fun trying it.  Give it a try.

Card Supplies:

The background paper emphasizesthe little "Sunflower LadyBug" digi by Kitty Bee Designs so well,  I didn't have a lot of work to do on this one.  I colored the image with Promarkers.  I found the little lady bugs in Design Studio and printed them.  I cut the leaves off a couple of them.
