A Spring Crocus and a CDAC Challenge

As I have mentioned before, I LOVE SPRING!!!!  The world coming alive again after a cold winter is a gorgeous site.  Crocus are one of the first flowers to appear.  I have seen them peek their little heads out of the ground when their was snow on the ground.    When I saw this little digital image, I decided to enter the challenge it was related to.  That challenge is the CDAC Sketch Challenge.  Click here to find out all the details. The digistamp is free.  Time to play.

Card materials:
5X5' card base
Background paper - Digital gingham paper - I can't remember the name of the site but it was a free download.
Elegant Edges Cricut Cartridge - Page 40 for the rectangle with the bird and page 51 for the butterfly square.  I love this cartridge.  It has so many shapes, borders, frames, etc to cut.  It's a must have.
Striped brads
Promarkers used:
Crocus - Orchid, Amethyst
Leaves - Forest Green, Pine

I hope you will join in the challenges over on CDAC.  You will learn so much on this forum about digital images and coloring them.  Thanks for coming by today.  We hope to see you again tomorrow.  God Bless You !!!  Peggy
