Second Card For DS4J New Releases

The second image we were given to use for a project from the new releases at Digistamps4Joy is named Mermaid.  You can get her in black and white to color or pre-colored.  This is my card with her.

I colored her with Prismacolor Premium Colored Pencils and I love how she turned out.  She's not perfect by everyone's standards but I'm pleased.  She is another of JenLee's drawings.  The little fish are from a set of stickers I just happen to pick up at Tuesday Morning on one of mine and Donna's excursions.

New Release Sunday - Digistamps4Joy

Time for a new release at Digistamps4Joy.  Team B (of which I am a member)was given 2 of the digis to play with.  For my first card, I chose this cutie.

This little guy is called My Little Tree.  I colored him using Promarkers.  The trees are another digi I had and the little deer is a print then cut file from Cricut Access.  I tore some white paper and added some Stickles to make it look like mounded snow.  Thank you JenLee for allowing us to create with your new release.

Digistamps4Joy Progressive Freebie Challenge

Digistamps4Joy Progressive Freebie Challenge for June is full swing right now.  JenLee donated a lovely image for us to use again this month.  Her name is Misteri-Graduate. This is my card using her.

These box cards seem quite popular right now.  This one came from the Cricut cartridge All Occasion Box Cards.  I cut it out with my Cricut Explore and improvised on it a bit.  I colored the image with Promarkers using the colors of my kids High School.  I think it turned out cute enough.  Now if I only had someone to send it to.

Mid-Month Post for June DS4J Challenge

The 15th of the month marks the mid-point for the DS4J Challenge.  It is always Anything Goes.  This month we have a twist of "Fairies".  

I just returned from Virginia but I wanted to play with this little image.  Her name is Fairy Wishes, drawn by JenLee.  She is in the Digistamps store.  I printed this pre-colored image on white cardstock along with the sentiment.  Then highlighted the edges with pink ink and added crystal beads to the dandelions.

This Clean and Simple card will go to my daughter-in-law's mother who is fighting a serious infection in her leg.  We would appreciate your prayers for her.

My card to day features another of Digistamps4Joy's JenLee's cute girls, Tatoo Cutie. I find that coloring is a soothing activity, unless I get all frustrated about what colors to use.  I enjoyed coloring this one.

Another New DS4J Release

Time seemed to get away from me this week with having company and all.  But I'd rather spend time with my son and his wife than make cards any day.  We had such a good time visiting.  As always I had to make his favorite food, Chicken and Dumplings.  Donna and her family came over and we ate until we were stuffed.

This is the second card I was working on for the New Release Sunday at Digistamps4Joy.  I finished it yesterday after Brian & Terrie left.
