Besties Valentine Card

I know I said I wasn't making another valentine but I got notifications today about 2 Besties Valentine challenges.  This card fits both of them

I've had this little Besties digi for a while.  I believe it was a freebie at one time.  Anyway, I decided to color her with my promarkers.  I wish my photos showed the true colors.  She is more colorful than this photo shows.  The heart behind her and the sentiment are two images I foiled with the Minc machine.  The foil really adds luster to an image.  The card base is embossed with an older Cuttlebug folder.  Love those tiny hearts.  I added stickles to the heart in her arms.
