Save The Date Card

Last year, 2013,  I could not get my whole family together for any of the holidays.  Since my children have gotten married, it has been our custom to get together on Thanksgiving because they like to be at their homes on Christmas.  I did a lot of driving in December in order to see my siblings and my son & his family as I get to see Donna more than any of them.  I had a very good time but was worn out when I got back.  Donna said, "Mom, we're going to send out invitations in January so everyone can plan to come here in November."  But rather than an invitation, I found a "Save The Date" card in the Silhouette Cameo Online Store.  Donna wrote a little poem to go inside asking them to mark their calendars to come to "Mamaw's" house the week of Thanksgiving.

I'm really loving my Cameo machine.  I still have my Cricut Expression 2 & Imagine so we'll be having posts using them too.
